Work Experience Program (2 Months)
Not a simulation. Not shadowing. You’ll be part of the team.
This is your chance to gain real, resume-worthy experience by working inside a functioning company — not just watching from the sidelines. Over the span of two months, you'll become an integral part of our internal team and actively contribute to projects that have real business impact.
Whether you're interested in Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, or Tech, we’ll align you with a role that fits your interests and goals. You won’t just “assist” — you’ll take ownership of real tasks, solve problems, and grow through meaningful responsibility.
What You’ll Actually Do
Use Real Tools of the Trade: Work hands-on with tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, and Google Workspace — just like modern companies do.
Run & Manage Projects: Help plan, execute, and monitor active company projects. From creating timelines to ensuring task delivery, you’ll be in the thick of it.
Sprint Planning & Reporting: Take part in sprint planning sessions, risk assessments, stakeholder check-ins, and post-project reviews — learning how teams collaborate in real-world settings.
Work with Professionals: Collaborate directly with senior professionals and cross-functional teammates. Understand how businesses operate, communicate, and grow.
Get 1:1 Mentorship: Paired with a mentor, you’ll receive structured, personalized feedback each week — helping you identify strengths and close skill gaps quickly.
Track Your Progress: We’ll evaluate your performance every few days and guide your development in real time — so you’re constantly improving.
Earn Proof of Experience: Upon completion, you’ll receive a Verified Work Experience Certificate and a Professional Reference Letter that reflect your actual contribution — not just attendance. IT - Total 04 Projects will be done during your program
